The year 2020 will no doubt go into the annals of History as the year which saw a pandemic which enveloped the World in its entirety. Given that the Indian Government announced a complete lockdown on all public movement, and that the skies were favourable for astrophotography, I managed to setup my trusty old Sky-Watcher HEQ5-PRO and Orion 80ED. For the first time I tried using a Canon 500D which was not only modded to detect more H-alpha, but also cooled using a Peltier module. Both images were taken over a duration of 4 nights, that is 2 nights per object over 10 days period.
